Field Service Engineer Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Technician to join our team. This role involves a blend of workshop repairs and traveling to customer sites to maintain, repair, and service a wide range of industrial cleaning equipment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and have strong technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair various industrial cleaning machines and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of equipment.
• Provide on-site support and technical assistance to clients.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Assist in the training and support of customers on equipment usage.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a field service engineer or similar role.
• Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing industrial cleaning equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
• Valid UK driving license.

Experience:

• Mechanical & Electrical: 2 years (required)
• Repairing Cleaning Equipment: 2 years (required)
• Repairing Pressure Washers: 2 years (required)
• Language: English (required)

Schedule:

• 7.5hr shifts 08:30am – 16:30pm
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
